Day 1 – Arrival and welcome seaside stroll
Arriving at Thessaloniki airport, the guide welcomes you and then accompanies you in transfer to the port to board the ferry bound for Thassos. After settling into the hotel, enjoy some free time to relax or explore the seaside. A first gentle stroll along Skala Potamia (approximately 2–3 km, flat) allows you to acclimatize and enjoy the natural setting. At the end of the day, a welcome aperitif by the water is followed by a traditional Greek dinner prepared with fresh local products.

Day 2 – Mountain hike and local tastings
In the morning, immersion at the Koutlis farm for a honey tasting and an introduction to beekeeping techniques. We then set off for a moderate hike on the historic Kalderimi trail to the village of Panagia. The route offers superb panoramas of the hills and the sea. In Panagia, we visit the Sotirelis mill for an extra-virgin olive oil and local craft beer tasting. Typical Greek lunch (fresh vegetables, cheeses, grilled meats). Free afternoon to enjoy the sea.

Day 3 – Electric bike adventure: coasts, marble beach, and picturesque villages
Today, we set off for a day on e-bike along the coast and the picturesque villages of Thassos. We travel tranquil roads and discover secret coves. Our stop at Marble Beach allows us to swim in its turquoise waters and enjoy a perfect setting for photos. We then make a stop in Limenas, the island's historic port, for coffee and a stroll, before returning to Panagia through the olive groves and gentle hills.

Day 4 – The Secret Island: Sailing Day
Today, set sail for a maritime adventure! We board a sailboat to discover the most isolated coves of Thassos, swim in crystal-clear waters, and enjoy light snacks prepared on board. It is a day of active relaxation, where the beauty of the coastal landscapes blends with the pleasure of the sea and the calm of preserved places. The evening is free to wander around Skala Potamia or admire the sunset over the island.
Day 5 - Thassos: Monastery, authentic villages, and local flavors
Today, the island of Thassos reveals its vibrant heart. The day opens with a moment of wonder at the Monastery of Archangel Michael, whose cliff offers a spectacular panorama of the Aegean. We then plunge into the authenticity of Theologos by strolling through its narrow streets. It's time for freshness: at the Kefalogourna waterfalls, a revitalizing swim awaits us before enjoying Greek dishes and tasting the famous "glyka tou koutaliou" desserts. Back at our base, we celebrate our last evening in Thassos with a convivial aperitif, accompanied by local music and a tasting of the island's products.

Day 6 – Cave and wine route in Drama
Early departure for the ferry to Keramoti, then head to the Aggitis Cave, impressive with its stalactites and underground rivers. Next, we continue towards Drama for a stroll in the city center and a mezze lunch. The afternoon is dedicated to visiting the Nico Lazaridi wine estate, where we taste different wines and explore the cellars. At the end of the day, we reach Thessaloniki where we will spend the night.

Day 7 - Thessaloniki: Heritage and urban flavors
After breakfast, we begin our day with an immersion in the heart of Thessaloniki's flavors. We explore the historic markets of Modiano and Kapani to soak up the atmosphere and discover local products in full morning activity. After a gourmet lunch, we set off to discover the must-see sites and the city's rich heritage. In the evening, we will meet in the historic district of Ano Poli (Upper Town) for a farewell dinner with panoramic views.
Day 8 - Departure
Depending on your flight schedule, a final free moment is offered for a last stroll or the purchase of a few souvenirs. The transfer to Thessaloniki airport marks the end of this adventure. You leave with the smell of pine, the taste of olive, and the emerald light of the Aegean Sea, enriched by the unforgettable flavors and landscapes of Thassos and Northern Greece.

The trip takes place in a small group of 4 to 14 people. The circuit departure is confirmed from 4 participants.

Baggage transport
During the day's circuit, we will only carry our backpacks with the personal effects necessary for the day.
Accommodation
Accommodation in a hotel in Thessaloniki. In Thassos we stay in family guesthouses or family hotels. These are small, clean accommodations with a very warm welcome from the owners. Rooms are double or triple occupancy and are all equipped with a private bathroom.
Transfers
All land or sea transfers necessary for the circuit will be carried out by public or private transport.
Paths and terrain
The electric bike and walking circuits take place in nature, alternating between climbs and descents of different elevation gains. The paths taken cross varied terrains: earth, gravel, and some slightly stony passages. Electric bikes facilitate progression on these different types of surfaces, guaranteeing an enjoyable experience. Appropriate attire, including comfortable and gripping shoes, is recommended to fully enjoy the adventure.
