Terms of Sale – Natura Greca
1. Fields of application
These general contract and travel conditions settle the legal relationship between yourself and Natura Greca with regard to lump sum arrangements, the sale of flights alone or other services offered by Natura Greca
2. Conclusion of the contract
The contract between you and Natura Greca takes effect when your registration in writing or by telephone is accepted without reservation. This is when the rights and obligations stipulated in these General Conditions become effective between Natura Greca and yourself.
3. Payment terms
The prices of travel arrangements are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). The prices are indicative and depend on the program, dates and number of customers. Prices are on a per person basis in Swiss francs and in double rooms. If you are traveling alone in a single room, additional costs will be collected. Natura Greca can assign you a partner. If, traveling alone, Natura Greca does not find you a partner for the room, you will be assigned a single room, which implies a corresponding additional price. Natura Greca cannot give any guarantees regarding single rooms during the stay as they only exist in limited numbers in many hotels and guest houses.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the trip is due upon confirmation. The tickets will be definitively confirmed when the payment of the deposit is in possession of Natura Greca. If payment is not made on time Natura Greca may refuse travel benefits and claim cancellation costs.
The balance of the price of the trip must reach Natura Greca no later than 30 days before departure. If payment is not made on time, Natura Greca may refuse travel benefits and claim cancellation costs.
Unless otherwise agreed, the documents will be given to you or sent to you upon receipt of your payment concerning the full amount invoiced.
If you book your trip less than 30 days before the departure date, the total invoice amount will have to be paid when booking.
4. Modification of the program or interruption of the trip
If you cancel (cancel) the trip or wish to modify the booked trip, you must notify it in writing (by registered letter or by email) A Natura Greca.
In the event of cancellation, modification of your travel reservation, a sum of CHF 60.- per person, maximum CHF 120.- per order may be collected, as an application fee. These application fees are not covered by cancellation insurance.
Natura Greca means by group any service including a number of participants from 4 people. If you withdraw before departure, if you interrupt your trip for a reason not covered by cancellation insurance or if you are not for the benefit of such insurance, you undertake to pay a cancellation fee. Upon acceptance of the offer, the following cancellation fees are involved
Up to 61 days before departure 0%
60 – 30 days before departure 15%
29 – 15 day(s) before departure 30%
14 – 8 days before departure 50%
7 – 0 no show days before departure 100%
The actual date of receipt of the cancellation is decisive for the calculation of the aforementioned cancellation fees.
Note that the ticket cancellation conditions for flights/trains are strict. No refund is possible after issuance of the tickets, even if the cancellation date is earlier than 90 days before departure
The prices indicated may be subject to an increase in the event of a significant variation in the price of fuel, taxes, taxes or fees, currency fluctuations, or any other element determining the price of the booked trip.
Natura Greca will apply the price increase no later than 31 days before departure. If the price increase exceeds 10%, you have the right, within 5 days of receipt of our notice, to terminate the contract by email or by registered letter.
Natura Greca reserves the right to modify, in your interest also, the travel program or certain agreed services (eg accommodation, mode of transport, airlines, flight hours, etc.) . Natura Greca reserves the right to provide you with similar services. In this case, Natura Greca will endeavor to communicate to you the program changes as soon as possible.
In some cases, Natura Greca may also be forced to cancel your trip for reasons beyond her control, whether to safeguard your safety or for any other imperious reason, conflicting events, social unrest,epidemic, terrorism, strikes, etc. If necessary, Natura Greca will endeavor to inform you as quickly as possible and will offer you a replacement solution at your expense.
Natura Greca is entitled to cancel your trip if you give it a valid reason for it by your deeds or omissions. Natura Greca will reimburse you in this case for the price of the trip already paid, any other claim on your part being excluded.
All trips offered by Natura Greca involve a minimum number of participants, each time indicated in the trip publication. If the number of persons registered for the trip is less than the minimum number of participants required, Natura Greca may cancel the trip no later than 22 days before the set departure date.
Cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, disorders, strikes, wars, epidemics, social unrest, terrorism, official decisions, arrangements made by the authorities etc.), may force Natura Greca to cancel the trip. If necessary, Natura Greca will inform you as soon as possible. If the trip is canceled, Natura Greca will endeavor to offer you a replacement trip of equivalent quality. If you participate in the replacement trip, the price already paid will be charged to the price of the replacement trip and a possible price difference will be refunded to you. If you do not participate in the replacement trip, the price of the trip already paid will be refunded to you.
Natura Greca has the right to cancel the trip for other reasons. If necessary, you will be informed as soon as possible and you will be able to assert your rights in accordance.
If a change in the program occurs during the trip affecting part of the agreed trip, Natura Greca will improve you a possible difference between the agreed price of the trip and that of the services provided.
If a significant part of the trip is canceled or if you refuse for major reasons the program changes planned to compensate for this removal, the travel guide or the service provider will help you organize your repatriation. Natura Greca will improve the difference between the price paid for the trip and that of the services provided.
If you are obliged to interrupt the trip prematurely for any reason, the price of the travel arrangement cannot be refunded to you. Any unused services will be refunded to you provided that they are not charged to Natura Greca.
In urgent cases (e.g. illness or accident of the person concerned, serious illness or death of a close relative), the travel guide, or the service provider will help you as far as possible to organize your premature return.
Note that you can take out cancellation and assistance insurance, which is not included in the price of the trip. Each participant is free to take out the insurance of their choice and assumes the responsibility of having one during the trip.
5. Responsibility
Natura Greca acts only as an intermediary between the participants on the one hand and the means of transport, accommodation and other service providers on the other. Natura Greca declines all responsibility in the event of accidents, losses, damage, other unpredictable incidents. Natura Greca also declines all responsibility when it comes to the effects that events of force majeure (strike, war, epidemic, social unrest, terrorism, official decisions, etc.) could have on the program.
Natura Greca declines all responsibility for the services offered by third parties. These are subject to the contractual conditions of the service provider.
The Customer is solely responsible for bodily injury and/or material damage caused by him and by other participants related to the provision of services. the customer sCommits to ensuring compliance with the rules of propriety by the participants and to remind them of these rules. The Customer will be solely responsible for the payment of all damages, tickets or other penalties related to non-compliance with the rules of propriety. Natura Greca excludes all liability for any damage or theft.
The tours of Natura Greca service providers take place in natural areas, on land that is not always easy to access. Local infrastructure can be remote from routes traveled during cycling and cycling trips. Sports and adventure trips under these conditions involve risks of which the participants must be aware. Participants recognize and assume these risks and the fact that Natura Greca is not responsible for it. Natura Greca is not responsible for the individual participants’ recklessness or any incidents that occur during the free time granted to the participants during the trip.
Participants must ensure that the difficulty level of the chosen circuit corresponds to their physical condition. In the event of impossibility to follow the program because of insufficient physical condition, Natura Greca cannot be held responsible and the participant will not be able to demand compensation or reimbursement.

6. Responsibility
During the circuits, the rudimentary means of transport can be used for the transfer of luggage which must be sufficiently resistant for its conditions. Natura Greca is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of suitcases and their contents. Natura Greca will in no way bear the costs related to the loss, damage and destruction of baggage, or the theft of luggage or valuables during the stay. We advise you to take out baggage insurance to cover these risks. The amount of the insurance policy as well as the application costs are always the responsibility of the insured. We ask you to bring your luggage with labels mentioning the address of your home. Next and because of the nature of the tours, it is not recommended to bring valuable objects for the trip. Other valuable or fragile objects such as documents, electronic devices etc must remain in the possession of the participants and under their responsibility for the duration of the circuit.
7. Customs formalities
Each traveler is responsible for compliance with the requirements concerning passports, visas, customs and health. You are responsible for verifying your identity papers before departure. The passport and visa requirements indicated in the travel descriptions are valid for citizens of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Nationals of other countries are responsible for informing us when booking about the provisions, restrictions and destinations not accessible in force for their respective nationalities. Check before departure to be in possession of all your documents.
Natura Greca makes you attentive to the fact that in the event of refusal of entry into the country, the costs of the return trip are your responsibility.
Natura Greca also expressly draws your attention to the legal provisions that sanction imports of goods and other prohibited imports.
8. Data protection
This data protection refers to the use of personal data that is collected on our website or in connection with our website and pursue the purpose of providing a service.
Natura Greca brings great importance to the protection of privacy, and in particular to data protection. NATURA GRECA therefore endeavors to process all data entered with the greatest care and respects the provisions of the Swiss data protection legislation when entering and collecting data. Personal data is data that relates to an identifiable person such as surname, first name, home address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, information related to the identity document, travel preferences, fears, Allergies, food restrictions and spoken languages.

9. Photos and Illustrations
The images published on the Natura Greca site are used as an example to illustrate the atmosphere in which the circuits usually take place. They are not contractual.
10. Applicable law and for
Relations between you and Natura Greca are exclusively governed by Swiss law. The legal forum is at the main seat of Natura Greca, Route des Aunaires 15c, 1870 Monthey.
